Carry out defense diplomacy well through exchange activities, visits, and support for students who are officers of the Lao People's Army, officers of the Royal Cambodian Army studying at the Army Academy and students from the Lao People's Democratic Republic studying at Dalat University.

At the same time, maintain twinning activities with Kampong Chhnang Military Sub-region, Siem Reap Provincial Military Sub-region, Mondunkiri Provincial Military Sub-region (Royal Cambodian Army).

Concluding the Conference, Colonel Dinh Hong Tieng affirmed: In the context of unprecedented changes, the Provincial Military Command has carried out its tasks effectively. However, difficulties are inevitable. Currently, the Provincial Military Command is consulting with superior agencies to gradually resolve them to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

In the coming time, there will be many major events in the locality and the whole country. To ensure the effectiveness of the activities, the Provincial Military Command requires units to focus on implementing key tasks including: Building internal solidarity; completing documents, combat plans, and plans to protect agencies and units; preparing to organize phase 2 training; strictly maintaining combat readiness; advising localities to build solid defense areas; reviewing and doing well the work of fostering national defense and security knowledge for subjects; training officers and soldiers to strictly comply with discipline.

In addition, coordinate forces to grasp the situation, ensure stability in the area, avoid being surprised, especially in border areas, remote areas; strictly manage defense land to prevent encroachment; increase production, participate in socio-economic development; review and adjust unit planning; do a good job of military rear work; fight effectively in cyberspace; best prepare for the Provincial Military Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term...
