Meanwhile, delegate Tran Thi Thu Hang ( Dak Nong ) cited the ministry's report, assessing that the situation of "disguised tutoring" in many forms is still quite common, showing that there is still a gap between policy and practice.
Parents of students consider classroom learning to be insufficient to meet the requirements of exams, and need to seek extra classes as an inevitable solution to improve learning outcomes. In my opinion, the two above-mentioned problems can be considered a supply-demand relationship, Ms. Hang said.
According to the delegates, the solutions proposed are only focused on improving institutions and administrative management. However, the key issue to completely overcome this 'supply-demand relationship' is to improve the quality of teaching and learning during regular school hours. Some food poisoning cases at schools have even caused many students to be hospitalized, seriously affecting students' health and causing anxiety among parents.

The question-and-answer session with Minister Nguyen Kim Son will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 10:10 a.m. After that, relevant Government members will "share the fire" with the Minister and the National Assembly Chairman to make concluding remarks on the second group of issues.
Immediately afterwards, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh will report to clarify related issues and answer questions from National Assembly deputies.
