Bryan Mbeumo has signed a five-year contract, with an option for a year, becoming the Red Devils' third summer signing. British media and Man United confirmed the deal for the 25-year-old Cameroonian includes a £65 million transfer fee and £6 million in add-ons. This amount will be paid to Brentford in installments as agreed by both parties.

Bryan Mbeumo is considered an important piece in the plan to renew the attack under coach Ruben Amorim. Mbeumo also admitted that his decision was pressured by Brentford to reduce his wage demands, thereby helping the London team increase the transfer price. In fact, Brentford repeatedly prolonged the negotiations and demanded a price of up to 70 million pounds plus 7 million in additional fees. Finally, the two sides agreed on 65 million pounds plus 6 million in additional fees, to be paid in 4 installments.

Director of football Jason Wilcox commented: "Bryan's goalscoring and assists record in the Premier League is extraordinary. His consistency over the last three seasons has made Bryan one of the most effective players in England."

Mbeumo will join Man United in the US and is expected to make his debut for the "Red Devils" fans in the match against West Ham on July 27 in California.

With his speed, technique and versatile playing ability, Mbeumo is expected to become an important attacking force for Man United next season, alongside Matheus Cunha. This is also likely to be Man United's last big deal in this summer transfer window.
