Hai Van bus fined for using expired vehicle to transport passengers

The Hanoi Traffic Management and Operation Center has just issued a decision to fine Hai Van International Transport Joint Venture Company VND12 million for violations in passenger transport activities.

Specifically, in June 2024, this enterprise violated the law by using bus number 74 (My Dinh Bus Station - Xuan Khanh route) with an age of over 10 years to transport passengers 60 times.

It is known that Hai Van International Transport Joint Venture Company is currently operating two bus routes in Hanoi, including routes 43 and 74.

Hanoi bus route 74 starts at My Dinh bus station and ends at Xuan Khanh (Son Tay).

According to the signed contract, the lifespan of buses in Hanoi is no more than 10 years. Each time the company violates the contract, it will be fined 200,000 VND.
