On the afternoon of August 22, at Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park, Thai Thuy District, comrades: Ngo Dong Hai, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited and inspected the progress of the infrastructure construction project of Nam Tai International Company Limited, under the New World Fashion Group. Accompanying were comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee.

Provincial leaders attended the inspection.

With the need to expand the scale of development, through the investment survey process, Nam Tai International Company Limited has chosen to invest in a project in Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park with a scale of 42 hectares, total investment of 80 million USD, to build the largest fashion design center of New World Fashion in the North.

After signing the land and infrastructure lease contract at Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park in early January 2022, the Company has urgently invested in building the project's infrastructure. To date, phase 1 - London Business Park has been completed; phase 2 has completed 80% of the volume, expected to be completed in December 2023; phase 3 is expected to be completed before April 30, 2024.

This place is expected to gather major fashion designers to create products for the European market and other countries around the world and build and operate factories and offices for rent with investors with modern technology investing in Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park.

Speaking at the inspection, provincial leaders acknowledged and highly appreciated the strong investment direction and strategy and the efforts of the investor in overcoming difficulties to implement the project on schedule and according to the set plan.

Comrade Ngo Dong Hai, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, assessed Nam Tai International Company Limited as a potential investor with a lot of experience in infrastructure investment. The Provincial Party Secretary said that the completion and operation of phase 1 of the project is a condition for the Company to continue to promote and advertise to attract and select investors to produce high-tech, environmentally friendly products.

The Provincial Party Secretary suggested that in the coming time, Nam Tai International Company Limited should continue to complete the synchronous infrastructure of the factory, add high-rise subdivisions, and complete the traffic infrastructure, thereby contributing to promoting the development of Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park in particular and Thai Binh Economic Zone in general.
