The flexibility in visa issuance also needs to change in the direction of quickly meeting the requirements of foreign visitors. The characteristic of this group of visitors is that their stay is very quick and short but generates a significant source of revenue. Visa approval by ship, group, or group is usually quite convenient, but is currently facing difficulties in some cases where visitors request quick approval. In addition, the current visa issuance in Vietnam has some limitations such as not being able to enter and exit multiple times while many tours currently operate international routes, one trip through 2-3 countries, so the need for multiple entry and exit is becoming more and more popular. In addition, there should be a policy to expand the list of countries exempted from visas, a policy to quickly approve visas, select friendly guests, similar to Vietnam and have priorities for guests to apply for visas easily and transparently, have a visa application mechanism at many other branches such as Hanoi, Da Nang, not just concentrated in Ho Chi Minh City. "The time to issue a visa according to regulations is from 3-5 days, but in reality there are cases of legality, urgency or unexpectedness. Therefore, there should be more services to get visas quickly, get them in the day and more specific regulations on conditions so that guests can apply themselves in urgent cases to enter Vietnam.
