Vietnam and China Coast Guards hold sports exchange

On December 5, the Vietnamese Coast Guard and the Chinese Coast Guard participated in table tennis, volleyball and soccer exchange activities.

Sports exchange activities took place within the framework of the visit and exchange in Guangzhou city, Guangdong province, China of Coast Guard Ship (CSB) 8002.

The exchange took place at the sports competition areas of the 3rd Sub-Department of the China Coast Guard with 3 sports: Table tennis, volleyball and soccer.

The matches took place in a spirit of friendly exchange, with enthusiastic cheers from officers and soldiers of the coast guard forces of the two countries.

In particular, each team in each competition has Chinese and Vietnamese athletes.

According to Major General Le Quang Dao, Commander of the Vietnam Coast Guard, the visit and exchange in China of Ship CSB 8002 is the basis for exchange activities between the Vietnam Coast Guard and the Chinese Coast Guard in the coming time to be organized closely and thoughtfully, helping officers and soldiers of the two forces understand each other better, unite more, and coordinate better in performing their tasks.
