But all doors were closed: her best friend Deer refused to testify because of pressure from her husband's family, Met staff and people in Wasanburi were afraid of the power of the Wasanvanich family, no one dared to stand by Bua.

The trial seemed to collapse when a potential witness suddenly withdrew after being bribed, and Deer also testified against Bua. The situation was desperate, but Phawin did not give up. He and Bua set an elaborate trap. Accordingly, Bua pretended to forgive and begged Met to come back, causing Onnalin - who was hot-tempered and selfish - to go crazy with jealousy. Indeed, Onnalin could not keep calm and confessed to the illicit relationship in court.

Onnalin’s emotional testimony – from claiming that she was Met’s beloved to accusing Bua of being a heartless wife who abandoned her husband – was a “double-edged sword”. The court ruled that Onnalin lost the case, ordering her to pay 800,000 baht in compensation and cover all legal costs.
