The 40 episodes of “With you, there is peace” (broadcast at 9pm from Monday to Friday every week on VTV1) tell the story of a police officer working in the district who becomes the commune police chief after the two-level local government was put into operation.

The main character of the film is Major Huy (Tuan Tu), who is transferred from the district to be the police chief of Tien Phong commune, Huy's hometown.
