Stage 3 of VGA Junior Tour takes place in Thua Thien-Hue

VGA Junior Tour 3rd Leg - DNGA Junior Open 2023 will be held from June 28-30 at Laguna Lang Co Golf Course, Thua Thien- Hue . The tournament welcomes all young athletes, male and female amateur athletes in the age groups U9, U12, U15, U18 nationwide.

VGA Junior Tour takes place in Hue.

Both stage 1 and stage 2 winners have either entered the world amateur rankings or moved up significantly in the rankings. The first two stages attracted more than 170 junior athletes to register. It is expected that the number of athletes participating in the next stages will continue to increase.

VGA Junior Tour has been a useful and professional playground, helping to nurture the passion for golf of young athletes across the country. In addition to being able to compete and learn from their peers, athletes will also be familiar with the organization and competition methods of the national tournament.

Accompanying the Vietnam Golf Association in Stage 3 this time is the Da Nang City Golf Association. With the goal of promoting the golf movement not only in the Central region but also spreading it throughout the country, the Da Nang City Golf Association hopes to open up opportunities to help the young generation of golfers improve their skills and practice their competitive spirit.

After the VGA Junior Tour 3rd Leg ended, Da Nang City Golf Association continued to accompany VGA in Stage 4 with the name VGA Junior Tour 4th Leg - DNGA Junior Open 2023. The tournament was held at Vinpearl Golf Nam Hoi An from July 5 - 7, 2023.

The VGA Junior Tour national youth tournament system has gone through 2 stages and both received enthusiastic participation from young athletes and parents. Stage 1 took place from March 4-5 at Trang An Golf & Resort. The champion of stage 1 was U18 athlete - Doan Uy with a total score of (-4) after 3 rounds.
