Chau Thanh: Awarding 130 scholarships to poor students

On the morning of June 19, Chau Thanh District Association for Promotion of Education organized a scholarship award ceremony for poor students with difficult circumstances in the area.

At the program, the District Association for Promotion of Education awarded 130 scholarships to disadvantaged students with a total cost of 180 million VND. Of which, 10 scholarships were for university students (each worth 3 million VND), 30 scholarships were for high school students (each worth 2 million VND), 50 scholarships were for middle school students and 40 scholarships were for primary school students (each worth 1 million VND).
