According to Clause 4, Article 8 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP supplemented by Clause 6, Article 2 of Decree 123/2021/ND-CP, a fine of VND 400,000 - 600,000 will be imposed on electric bicycle riders who do not wear "helmets for motorcyclists" or wear "helmets for motorcyclists" without properly fastening the straps when participating in traffic on the road.
