Of which, domestic revenue excluding land use fees, dividends and remaining profits, lottery revenue and the difference between revenue and expenditure of the State Bank (domestic tax and fee revenue) is estimated at VND 210,901 billion, equal to 63.6% of the estimate and 121.9% over the same period in 2024.
Regarding the implementation of the electronic invoice solution generated from cash registers according to Decree No. 70/2025/ND-CP of the Government , by May 31 (before the mandatory deadline of June 1), 22,721 organizations, individuals, and business households registered to use electronic invoices generated from cash registers, including 15,020 enterprises and 7,701 business households, reaching 148% of the target.
Implementing the peak month of tax management for business households and individuals in the area, by the end of May, the Tax Department of Region I managed a total of 327,756 business households, of which 311,827 households were in Hanoi and 15,929 households were in Hoa Binh .
Total revenue from business households in the past 5 months reached VND 2,747 billion, up 59% over the same period in 2024, reaching 65% of the annual estimate.
As of May 31, the Tax Department of Region I received 194,719 applications for personal income tax refunds, an increase of 41% over the same period last year.
Of these, 51,855 records are eligible for automatic completion with an average processing time of 3 working days, 50% shorter than the prescribed time limit, equivalent to a reduction of 155,655 days in administrative procedure processing...
