Attending the congress were leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors; former leaders of the province and Son Duong district (old); leaders of communes in the province; Vietnamese Heroic Mother Tinh Thi Loc.
Son Duong commune was merged from Hop Thanh, Phuc Ung, Tu Thinh communes and Son Duong town, with an area of 123 km2, a population of over 40,000 people, 76 villages and 13 ethnic groups living together.

In the 2020 - 2025 term, with high political determination, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the commune have united, strived to overcome difficulties, successfully implemented the Resolution of the Party Congress of the commune and achieved comprehensive achievements in all fields.
The work of building the Party and the political system has been comprehensively consolidated; the work of educating political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle has been carried out regularly, seriously, and effectively; the quality of Party cell activities and the quality of Party members have been increasingly improved.
The economy grew well, the average income per capita exceeded the target set by the resolution for the 2020-2025 term; Phuc Ung 1 industrial cluster developed well, attracting 13 investment projects, the occupancy rate reached over 96%. Rural and urban infrastructure continued to be invested synchronously; completed the construction of communes meeting new rural standards and civilized urban standards.

With the theme: "Enhancing the Party's leadership capacity; the strength of great national unity and the aspiration to rise up; joining hands and being determined to build Son Duong commune to develop comprehensively; firmly step forward in the era of national rise", for the 2025-2030 term, the Son Duong Commune Party Committee set out specific targets on Party building and the political system; economy; socio-culture; digital transformation and environment. The Party Committee has set out 4 key tasks and many implementation solutions.

Speaking at the Congress, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Ngoc Ha suggested: The Commune Party Committee needs to pay attention to leading and directing the implementation of Party building work well; innovate the content and methods of Party leadership to ensure scientific and comprehensive approach towards being close to the people, constantly improving all aspects of people's lives.
At the same time, continue to comprehensively lead and direct the Party's new policies, the State's laws, the Party's major strategic decisions, especially the "four pillars" resolutions and effectively operate the two-level local government model; focus on promoting the digitization of records and data, building a digital government to serve people and businesses more effectively; promote socio-economic development associated with improving the quality of people's lives...
