VPF - Vietnam Professional Football Joint Stock Company - said that Quang Nam Club has sent a reply. The content of the reply is positive, with hope to help Quang Nam Club avoid being wiped out.

In official dispatch No. 49 sent to VPF on July 23, Quang Nam Club reported: "With the attention of relevant levels, Quang Nam Club is actively negotiating with a number of investors to determine resources to continue operating activities in the coming time."

Quang Nam Club hopes to receive attention and support from VPF to aim for increasingly professional, effective and sustainable development for Vietnamese professional football tournaments.

Meanwhile, the head of the Quang Nam Club, Mr. Nguyen Trong, said the team is waiting for instructions from the city about the club's future.

The official dispatch of Quang Nam Club did not confirm or determine the registration to participate in the 2025-2026 season. This also caused many concerns for the tournament organizer and the Vietnam Football Federation.

V-League 2025-2026 is just over 20 days away from kicking off. All preparations have been planned, the pairing and draw have been carried out and only Quang Nam team is waiting.

The Vietnam Football Federation is said to have taken parallel action in case Quang Nam Club ceases operations. However, Tuoi Tre Online has not been able to contact VFF General Secretary Nguyen Van Phu.
