To implement the project, Tu Ky district must reclaim agricultural and non- agricultural land of 210 households in Lac Phuong and An Thanh communes with a total area of 14 hectares.
As of January 13, 194 households with agricultural land have received compensation and support. Five households have signed and approved the compensation and support plan and are waiting to receive the money. There are 11 households with non-agricultural land with a total area of about 0.1 ha that have not yet agreed with the compensation price for property and residential land.
The appraisal, approval of compensation and support plans and issuance of land recovery decisions are carried out by the Tu Ky District Land Clearance Council in accordance with the provisions of law.
The locality is actively mobilizing and propagating to households to hand over land early so that the project can be implemented on schedule.
The investment project to build the extended provincial road 396 has a total investment of nearly 850 billion VND. The route has a total length of 7.61 km, connecting from provincial road 391 to provincial road 390 in Thanh Ha and Tu Ky districts.
The Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board is the investor, and localities clear the land.
