* DDB: From January 15, 12 million DDB shares of Dong Duong Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company will start trading on UPCoM with a reference price of VND 12,300/share.
* PVS: Vietnam Investment Property Holding Limited, a fund under VinaCapital, reported selling nearly 4 million shares out of 8 million PVS shares of Vietnam Oil and Gas Technical Services Corporation ( PTSC ) registered from December 2 to December 31, 2024.
The reason for not selling all is because the market situation is not suitable. After the transaction, this fund reduced its ownership in PTSC from 3.28% to 2.44% of capital.
* OCH: Joint Stock Company One Capital Hospitality (stock code: OCH) has just approved a capital contribution to establish a new joint stock company called One Capital Consumer.
This enterprise plans to use nearly 33 million shares at Givral Bakery Joint Stock Company, along with other assets, to contribute capital to establish One Capital Consumer.

The last trading day is January 23. The reason is that Garmex has stopped doing business for more than 1 year, which is subject to mandatory delisting according to regulations.
* BAB: Ms. Dao Phuong Thao, daughter of the Chairman of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank (stock code: BAB), sold all 3.71 million BAB shares from December 27 to December 31, 2024.
