On September 30, Mr. Duong signed an order to mobilize driver Hoang Van Tinh to drive from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Lat. Meanwhile, Tinh had his driving license revoked by Lam Dong Provincial Police since August 5. After that, Tinh drove the car, causing an accident that killed 5 people and injured 3 others.
According to research, this bus company has more than 1,300 employees, most of whom run the routes HCMC - Da Lat and Da Lat - HCMC - Can Tho. This company had its license revoked for 3 months by the HCMC Department of Transportation and was fined 91 million VND for 8 violations.
