Police invited Quoc Co - Quoc Nghiep to work on the case of 'piling heads' on motorbikes

Initially, circus artist Quoc Nghiep reported on the video of “head-stacking” on a motorbike that caused a stir in public opinion.

Accordingly, on October 22, the Traffic Police Team - Thu Duc City Police coordinated with Ho Chi Minh City Police to invite circus artist Quoc Nghiep (39 years old) to work. His younger brother Quoc Co (34 years old) is currently having personal matters so he will come to work later.

The police also verified the unit that made the promotional video of circus artists “head-to-head” on motorbikes and invited a representative to come and work.

Initially, circus artist Quoc Nghiep reported that the video circulating online was an advertisement for an electric vehicle brand. The Quoc Co - Quoc Nghiep brothers had an advertising contract and complete documents. The advertising filming area was the TV apartment building in An Khanh ward, Thu Duc city, which was carefully fenced off; the unit related to the advertising contract had "asked for permission" from the local management agency. During the filming process, the film crew arranged necessary equipment such as ambulances, cranes, safety equipment, etc. Regarding the scene where the two artists performed the "head-to-head" scene while the motorbike was moving, Quoc Co said that they had seat belts, the person on top was secured by a crane system, etc. At that time, the motorbike was moving very slowly, and the film crew was following closely.

During the video editing and release process, the relevant unit “erased” the safety rope, the vehicle next to it, and the crew members running behind to monitor. The police took note of the above information and continued to invite individuals and representatives of relevant units to clarify and handle the matter according to regulations. As reported, recently, social networks were outraged by a shared clip showing the circus artists Quoc Co and Quoc Nghiep “stacking their heads” on each other while their motorbike was moving. During this period, model Ngoc Trinh was prosecuted for “Disturbing public order”, because of the clips posing and letting go of both hands while driving a motorbike, so the online community made comparisons. The police determined that the clip of the brothers Quoc Co and Quoc Nghiep "head-to-head" on a motorbike had a different context and nature than the incident Ngoc Trinh had committed.
