Xuan Son Commune in Region IV applies a minimum wage of 3,450,000 VND/month for employees working under labor contracts.
According to Decree 128/2025/ND-CP, the list of new commune-level administrative units is classified into 4 regions to serve as the basis for determining the minimum wage, which will be implemented according to the provisions in the appendix issued with Decree No. 128/2025/ND-CP.
In Phu Tho, region II includes the wards of Viet Tri, Nong Trang, Thanh Mieu, Van Phu, Vinh Phuc, Vinh Yen, Phuc Yen, Xuan Hoa, Hoa Binh , Ky Son, Tan Hoa, Thong Nhat and the communes of Hy Cuong, Yen Lac, Te Lo, Lien Chau, Tam Hong, Nguyet Duc, Binh Nguyen, Xuan Lang, Binh Xuyen, Binh Tuyen, Luong Son, Cao Duong, Lien Son, Thinh Minh.
Region III, including Phong Chau, Phu Tho , Au Co wards and Lam Thao, Xuan Lung, Phung Nguyen, Ban Nguyen, Phu Ninh, Dan Chu, Phu My, Tram Than, Binh Phu, Thanh Ba, Quang Yen, Hoang Cuong, Dong Thanh, Chi Tien, Lien Minh, Tam Nong, Tho Van, Van Xuan, Hien Quan, Tam Son, Song Lo, Hai Luu, Yen Lang, Lap Thach, Tien Lu, Thai Hoa, Lien Hoa, Hop Ly, Son Dong, Tam Dao, Dai Dinh, Dao Tru, Tam Duong, Hoi Thinh, Hoang An, Tam Duong Bac, Vinh Tuong, Tho Tang, Vinh Hung, Vinh An, Vinh Phu, Vinh Thanh communes.
Region IV, including the remaining communes and wards.
According to Decree No. 74/2024/ND-CP of the Government , the minimum wage for employees working under labor contracts is prescribed in region I as 4,960,000 VND/month; region II is 4,410,000 VND/month; region III is 3,860,000 VND/month; region IV is 3,450,000 VND/month.
The minimum hourly wage in region I is 23,800 VND/hour; region II is 21,200 VND/hour; region III is 18,600 VND/hour, and region IV is 16,600 VND/hour.
