Public auction area on real estate trading floors

In the Resolution on socio-economic development, national defense and security of Dong Nai province in 2025 signed by the alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Ton Ngoc Hanh at the end of July 2025, the Provincial People's Committee requested to improve the efficiency of land use rights auctions, urgently review land plots in the province to supplement the Land Auction Plan in 2025.

For land plots that have not been auctioned, focus on accelerating the site clearance process, developing a land auction plan and establishing a starting price for early auctions. For land plots that have been auctioned but have not been successful, promptly review the auction plan and starting price, and set a suitable starting price. At the same time, diversify the forms of announcement and publicize auctioned land plots through the media, electronic information portals and real estate trading floors to attract investors' attention. Research and proactively contact and directly introduce potential land plots to large investors with financial capacity and project implementation experience to invite them to participate in the auction, contributing to increasing revenue for investment and development. Promote the effectiveness of the public-private partnership model for infrastructure projects, especially transport infrastructure.
