10 working groups of the Ministry of Agriculture go to localities to remove difficulties in the 2-level government model

10 working delegations chaired by 10 Deputy Ministers of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment will work in August 2025, focusing on grasping the situation, exchanging, guiding, and resolving difficulties and problems in 3 main contents.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has just issued a Decision on the establishment of 10 working groups to grasp the situation, guide and answer local difficulties and problems in the fields of agriculture and environment in the initial phase of operating the 2-level local government organization model.

Accordingly, the working delegations are directly led by Deputy Ministers of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, with the participation of representatives of units under the Ministry. Each delegation is assigned to work in many provinces and cities across the country such as Hanoi , Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Lam Dong, An Giang, Nghe An, Lao Cai, etc.

Specifically:

Working Group No. 1 led by Deputy Minister Nguyen Hoang Hiep, worked in the provinces of Gia Lai and Lam Dong.

Working Group No. 2, led by Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa, worked in the provinces and cities of Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, and Quang Ninh.

Working Group No. 3, led by Deputy Minister Tran Thanh Nam, worked in the provinces and cities of An Giang, Can Tho City, Vinh Long, Ca Mau, and Dong Thap.

Working Group No. 4, led by Deputy Minister Tran Quy Kien, worked in the provinces of Lang Son, Phu Tho, Lai Chau, Son La, and Dien Bien.

Working Group No. 5, led by Deputy Minister Le Cong Thanh, worked in the following provinces and cities: Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, and Tay Ninh.

Working Group No. 7, led by Deputy Minister Le Minh Ngan, worked in the provinces and cities of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, and Hue City.

Working Group No. 8, led by Deputy Minister Nguyen Quoc Tri, worked in the provinces of Cao Bang, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, and Lao Cai.

Working Group No. 9, led by Deputy Minister Hoang Trung, worked in the provinces and cities of Hanoi and Ninh Binh.

Working Group No. 10, led by Deputy Minister Vo Van Hung, worked in the provinces and cities of Da Nang and Quang Ngai.

According to the plan, the delegations will work in August 2025, focusing on grasping the situation, exchanging, guiding, and resolving difficulties and problems in 3 main contents: Arranging the organization and administrative units; implementing decentralization, delegation, and determination of authority; removing obstacles in administrative procedures in the initial phase of operating the 2-level local government model.
