The project started on January 18, 2024, is in the process of urgent construction, and is expected to be inaugurated and open to visitors in early July 2024.

At the ceremony, journalist Nguyen Duc Loi - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Journalists Association highly appreciated the efforts of the units participating in the project who, regardless of the sun or rain, closely coordinated in construction, renovation and embellishment so that the project could be completed on schedule.

The monument is expected to open to visitors in early July 2024.

“This is a key project to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press. I am delighted to see that the investor's units have overcome difficulties, joined hands and united to carry out this very meaningful project so that today the project can be topped out as planned,” emphasized journalist Nguyen Duc Loi.

75 years ago, in the middle of the mountains and forests of ATK Viet Bac, Huynh Thuc Khang Journalism School, the first journalism school in the resistance war against France, was established.

The Huynh Thuc Khang Journalism School relic is located next to Nui Coc Lake, Dai Tu district, Thai Nguyen province.

With the desire to continue to preserve and promote the value and historical stature of the National Historical Relic of the Huynh Thuc Khang Journalism School, the Vietnam Journalists Association directed the Vietnam Journalism Museum to establish a project to restore and embellish the Relic.

Upon completion, this will be a red address to preserve, display and introduce the heritage values of revolutionary and resistance journalism in Viet Bac, serving the needs of visiting, learning and researching of journalists and the public.
