According to the report, VICASA - VNSTEEL Steel Joint Stock Company is leasing warehouse space to 5 units and 1 individual, with a total area of about 22 hectares. These contracts are valid until the end of this year. According to the request of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, the units must relocate assets, dismantle factories, and hand over the space before August 1.

According to Mr. Nguyen Quoc An, the Provincial People's Committee has set a deadline for handing over the site before August 1 for priority areas. The interdisciplinary inspection team is responsible for checking, urging, and reminding businesses to comply. In the immediate future, from now until the end of July, businesses must move their assets as quickly as possible (containers, vehicles, etc.), then promptly dismantle the factory and hand over the site.

At the meeting, VICASA - VNSTEEL Steel Joint Stock Company and representatives of the two premises lessees signed a memorandum agreeing to hand over the premises before August 1 as requested by the delegation.
