Specifically, the model of a water music park at the City Flower Garden; a night street in the Hoa Binh area, Ba Thang Hai Street, Truong Cong Dinh, Tang Bat Ho, Nguyen Chi Thanh (in Ward 1) and a culinary street in the Hoang Van Thu lake area, Tran Le Street (in Ward 4).
Hoang Van Thu Lake area, Tran Le Street is 1 of 3 locations chosen to develop the night-time economic model.
According to the People's Committee of Da Lat City, the implementation of the night-time economic development plan aims to create attraction and effects to attract tourists , so it is necessary to have the participation of potential organizations and businesses. Therefore, the City requires relevant units to review and carefully study the contents related to night-time economic development according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee (in Decision No. 1307/QD-UBND dated July 5, 2023) to properly implement the requirements and scope; in which, it is necessary to develop a specific plan to ensure security, order and traffic safety at the implementation locations.
The City requires that, before September 30, relevant units must complete the plan and send it to the Da Lat Economic Department to synthesize and report to the City People's Committee for consideration before October 10.
According to Decision No. 1307/QD-UBND of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee (issuing a plan to implement a pilot model for night-time economic development in Da Lat City), by 2030, 8 models will be implemented (Da Lat City is selecting 3 models to implement first - PV).
City Flower Garden, where there will be a model of a water music park
The water music park model at the City Flower Garden will have night sightseeing and shopping activities; a multimedia water music model (a combination of water, music and light; the water fountains are controlled through pre-programmed water spraying according to the melody combined with sparkling, unique light at night); seasonal flower miniatures combined with decorative LED lighting systems, landscape lighting; flower space miniatures for sightseeing and photography activities; art performances and booths for sightseeing and shopping (handicrafts, specialties, typical agricultural products of Da Lat).
Meanwhile, the night street model will have the following types of activities: entertainment facilities combined with food and beverage (clubs, bars, pubs), electronic games (games), coffee, cuisine, and night shopping.
Hoa Binh area will organize a night street model.
The culinary street model in the Hoang Van Thu lake area and Tran Le street has a total length of 900m with typical dishes of Vietnamese regions, focusing on traditional local dishes and having suitable cultural, artistic and shopping activities to attract customers.
The operating hours of these night economic models are from 6pm to 5am the next morning.
