The political report presented to the congress showed that despite many difficulties such as the Covid-19 pandemic, lack of investment resources, and unsynchronized facilities, the school's Party Committee has strived to unite, overcome difficulties, and achieved many important results.
Vocational training continues to be a bright spot of the school. The school has enrolled and trained more than 1,500 students in key professions; maintained a scale of 600-800 students/year; organized well the examination and graduation assessment, with a rate of nearly 90%.
Training cooperation activities with businesses and international schools have been expanded. Notably, more than 80% of students have jobs within 6 months of graduation - a testament to the training orientation closely linked to the labor market.
The entire Party Committee has 47 members. The Party Committee always maintains internal solidarity, performs well in developing Party members, inspection and supervision.
During the term, 11 new party members were admitted, exceeding the set target, including excellent students. 100% of party members completed their tasks well; basic political and professional targets were achieved and exceeded the plan.
With the theme: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the 3rd Congress is a solid transition, demonstrating the desire for innovation and deep integration of Dak Nong Community College in the context of vocational education transformation and provincial restructuring after the merger.
The congress set the goal of continuing to innovate leadership methods, improve the quality of training and develop the teaching staff, promote scientific research, and apply digital transformation. The graduation rate is 90% or higher; expand international cooperation, provide high-quality training according to practical needs...
Speaking at the congress, comrade Ton Thi Ngoc Hanh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the achievements of the past 5 years, hoping that the Party Committee would continue to unite, strive, and synchronously deploy solutions to successfully implement the goals set in the new term.
