Ensure to resolve records of establishments and enterprises

As one of the 6 communes and wards selected by Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee to pilot the 2-level government from June 23, 2025, up to now, Phu Thuy Ward Public Administration Service Center has been operating stably, handling many records serving people and businesses in the large ward with a large number of business households, establishments, and enterprises providing food services, motels, and hotels.

Attending the first operation session of the Phu Thuy Ward Public Administration Service Center (center), Mr. Le Huu Quang, Ward 14, Phu Thuy Ward, Director of Le Nam Trading & Production Company Limited in this ward said: “The center has been upgraded, expanded, fully connected to the infrastructure, serving many public services including the fields of business registration, construction, land... creating convenience for establishments and enterprises in the area when carrying out necessary administrative procedures (TTHC). We only go to the center to handle the procedures and documents according to regulations, without wasting time bringing the documents to the relevant departments as before. For example, I only need to go to the center to update the company address in Phu Thuy Ward, Lam Dong Province on the business license accordingly”. Meanwhile, Mr. Tran Xuan Thuy, representative of a joint stock company trading in fertilizers and petroleum in Phu Thuy ward, said: "The member company has just had its director changed by a corporation in Ho Chi Minh City. I went to the center to learn about the legal procedures for changing the legal representative in the company's business license and updating the business address to match the new Lam Dong province."

Through the use of software to resolve administrative procedures; transferring the resolution of online administrative procedures received at the commune level but under the jurisdiction of the provincial level (in the fields of the Department of Finance, Department of Agriculture & Environment, Department of Construction, etc.), the Phu Thuy Ward Public Administration Service Center receives and resolves dossiers for people and businesses. “In the beginning, many businesses and business households came to the center to learn about the procedures related to changing business licenses, updating new addresses, construction, and completing land to be suitable, and were all guided through the procedures. After being decentralized, the center was responsible for many tasks: Adjusting the name, business code, head office address, name, address of retail establishments, type of retail establishments, adjusting the area of retail establishments on the license to establish retail establishments. Registering security measures using land use rights, assets attached to land; issuing new certificates of construction capacity. After more than 2 weeks of operation, nearly 2,000 administrative procedures of people and businesses were resolved at the center; mainly issuing copies of diplomas and certificates from the original book, copies of business licenses, issuing business licenses... Many establishments and businesses are learning to implement procedures related to land, construction, and increasing charter capital", Ms. Vo Bich Tram, civil servant sharing center

Mr. Phan Nguyen Hoang Tan, Secretary of the Party Committee of Phu Thuy Ward, said: “We have assigned 3 leaders of the Ward People's Committee to take turns on duty every week at the Public Administration Service Center to promptly resolve related procedures. Along with the equipment serving the synchronous 2-level government model, Phu Thuy Ward ensures timely resolution of administrative procedures in 3 groups: the group of administrative procedures receiving direct records under the authority of the commune level; the group of administrative procedures receiving online records under the authority of the commune level; the group of administrative procedures receiving online records under the authority of the province level within the prescribed time to best serve the people and businesses in the ward.”
