Individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies for their outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, period 2020-2025.
Accordingly, Party committees at all levels have paid attention to leading, directing the research, study, propaganda and implementation of Directive No. 05 in many forms suitable for each stage associated with assigned political tasks; organizing the development of implementation plans on the basis of concretizing annual topics, especially selecting urgent and prominent issues for timely resolution. At the same time, focusing on organizing the implementation for 100% of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers to participate in studying, writing reports, developing personal plans and signing commitments to implement in conjunction with political and professional tasks, resolutions and directives, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the province.
In addition, grassroots party organizations have directed party cells and mass organizations to incorporate the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle into the regular activities of party committees, party cells, professional activities and activities of mass organizations. On the other hand, self-criticism and criticism have been emphasized; the spirit of setting an example of cadres and party members, especially the heads of party committees, agencies and units, has been clearly demonstrated, creating positive changes in awareness and action, contributing to raising awareness, responsibility, cultivating qualities, morality, lifestyle, being active in practicing thrift, fighting waste, fighting bureaucracy, apathy and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the organization; overcoming and pushing back the degradation of political ideology, morality and lifestyle according to Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XI, XII) and annual reviews of collectives and individuals.
In addition, grassroots Party committees and cells, based on the actual situation and limitations and weaknesses, select and identify breakthrough contents in a number of areas, creating clear changes in studying and following Uncle Ho in each agency and unit, such as: Building working style and manners; improving the quality of consulting, directing and serving; promoting initiatives, applying information technology, digital transformation, improving the quality of work... Mass organizations have also promoted the work of educating ethics and lifestyle for union members and members according to Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics and style through traditional education activities and implementing action programs in many diverse forms such as through forums, thematic meetings, dramatization, propaganda competitions, activities towards the source...
The work of building models and typical examples of studying and following Uncle Ho has been increasingly diversified by units in all areas of social life, creating strong attraction and spread; emulation movements and campaigns are increasingly going into depth such as the emulation movement "The whole country competes to build a learning society, promoting lifelong learning in the period of 2023-2030"; "Building Thanh Hoa into a model province", "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025", "For the poor - No one is left behind"... Many models with many outstanding results have been recognized, highly appreciated, becoming bright spots, new and outstanding points such as: Party committees and Party cells of the Provincial Party Committee's departments build the model "Cadres and civil servants compete to practice office culture", the model "Self-reflection, self-correction", "Improving the exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members"; The Party Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee built models in residential areas in ethnic minority areas, built a core team of prestigious people among ethnic minorities... Through movements and models, it has contributed to the successful implementation of political tasks of agencies and units, creating a widespread spread of studying and following Uncle Ho in each agency, unit and the entire Party Committee.
Promoting the achieved results, in the coming time, the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies will continue to clearly identify the key role of Party committees and Party organizations at all levels in thoroughly grasping and implementing Directive No. 05 in conjunction with the implementation of political tasks, Party building and the political system. At the same time, step up propaganda and encourage typical advanced examples in "following" Uncle Ho's ideology, morality and style; focus on propagating typical advanced examples in performing professional tasks, in the fight against crime, in administrative reform, wholeheartedly serving the people... to encourage "following". Along with that, strengthen the work of inspection, supervision and urging the implementation of Directive No. 05 and implementing the registration of following Uncle Ho by organizations and individuals in conjunction with the implementation of Party building and rectification work.
