Pleiku and Dien Hong Ward Party Committees announce resolutions and decisions on organization and personnel work.

(GLO)- On the afternoon of July 4, the Party Committees of Pleiku and Dien Hong wards (Gia Lai province) held a conference to announce resolutions and decisions on organizational structure and appointment of officials after the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Pleiku Ward Party Committee announced Decision No. 1796-QD/TU dated June 20, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Inspection Committee, Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; Decision No. 01-QD/DU dated July 1, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee on the assignment of tasks to members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, members of the Executive Committee of the Ward Party Committee; decisions to establish specialized agencies to advise and assist the Party Committee; decisions to receive, assign, and appoint heads and deputy heads of specialized agencies to advise and assist the Party Committee.

The conference also announced the resolution and decisions to establish specialized departments under the Ward People's Committee, the Public Administration Service Center; decisions to receive, assign, and appoint heads and deputy heads of specialized departments and the Director and Deputy Director of the Public Administration Service Center.

Speaking at the conference, Party Secretary Nguyen Xuan Phuoc emphasized: The merger, organizational consolidation and appointment of officials are the result of a thorough and methodical preparation process, demonstrating the high responsibility of the entire political system. This is an important step in building a streamlined, professional, effective and efficient government apparatus, meeting the development requirements in the new period.

Recognizing the sense of responsibility, efforts and positive contributions of the staff and party members, the Pleiku Ward Party Secretary congratulated the personnel who had just been awarded decisions to hold positions in the new apparatus.

At the same time, the Party Secretary of the ward requested agencies and units to quickly stabilize their organizations, approach tasks, develop operating regulations and implement work on schedule, absolutely not allowing congestion or delay; "only discuss work, no backtracking" must be the consistent motto during the operation of the new apparatus.

* On the same day, the Party Executive Committee of Dien Hong ward also held a ceremony to announce decisions on personnel work.

The conference was chaired by comrades: Doan Huu Dung - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Council and comrades in the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Hien - Member of the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee announced Decision No. 1797-QD/TU of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the appointment of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Dien Hong Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term and Resolution No. 01-NQ/DU of the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee for the comrades of the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Ward Party Committee.

Accordingly, the Ward Party Executive Committee consists of 24 comrades; the Standing Committee has 10 comrades. Comrades: Doan Huu Dung - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Pleiku City (old) was appointed as Secretary of the Dien Hong Ward Party Committee (new); Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy - Secretary of the Dien Hong Ward Party Committee (old) was appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Dien Hong Ward Party Committee (new); Nguyen Tuan Quang - Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Pleiku City Party Committee was appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Dien Hong Ward Party Committee (new).

Along with that, the conference also announced the decisions to establish specialized agencies to assist the Party Committee, including: Party Committee Office; Party Building Committee; Party Committee Inspection Committee; Political Center; Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward. Also at the ceremony, the representative of the ward People's Committee announced the decisions to establish specialized agencies under the ward.

Speaking at the ceremony, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Ward People's Council Doan Huu Dung congratulated and praised the sense of responsibility, efforts and solidarity of the collective of cadres and civil servants throughout the preparation and reorganization process. The Party Secretary said: Today's conference is an event marking the official operation of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Hong Ward. Comrade Doan Huu Dung hopes that all cadres and civil servants will unite to bring Dien Hong Ward to gradually develop synchronously, sustainably and comprehensively.
