Investment in Bao Linh Son commercial and service complex in Thai Hoc ward (Chi Linh)

The project uses a total land area of more than 1.4 hectares in Thai Hoc ward (Chi Linh, Hai Duong).

The decision approving the policy and investor was issued by the Provincial People's Committee on May 16.

The Provincial People's Committee has just decided to approve the policy and investor to implement the Bao Linh Son Trade and Service Complex Project. The project is invested by Huan Hoa Private Enterprise (headquartered in Cho Moi District, Bac Kan ).

According to the decision, the project has a general commercial scale (confectionery, diapers, milk, household electrical appliances, furniture...) with 5,000 types of products; car repair and maintenance with 1,800 vehicles/year; gasoline business of about 2,950 ^m3 /year.

The project uses a total land area of over 1.4 hectares in Thai Hoc Ward (Chi Linh), with a total investment capital of over VND26.6 billion. The decision clearly states that the project must be completed and put into operation within 30 months from the date the Provincial People's Committee approves the investment policy (June 15).
