Strengthen coordination to remove obstacles for businesses

Recently, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Nam issued a document directing departments, branches, localities, and business associations to coordinate in resolving recommendations and problems of businesses and investors in the province to realize the commitment of provincial leaders at the 2025 Meeting with Businesses and Investors held on July 25.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the heads of departments, branches, sectors and localities to be directly responsible for directing the work of improving the investment and business environment, and to be responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the results of handling difficulties and problems. Units must proactively review and directly handle recommendations according to their functions and authority, not avoid responsibility, not push it to superiors; periodically report results and propose solutions to handle problems beyond their authority to the Center for Investment Promotion, Trade and Tourism for synthesis.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to urgently advise on the issuance of coordination regulations to improve the effectiveness of resolving difficulties for businesses. The Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion shall act as the focal point to receive, review, and classify difficulties and problems, and send them to relevant units for handling; proactively urge resolution, synthesize results and report to the Provincial People's Committee; complete plans and detailed scenarios to organize monthly and quarterly meetings with businesses and coordinate to organize the Workshop to assess the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) of Khanh Hoa province, scheduled for August 2025. Business associations, enterprises, and investors shall promote a spirit of dynamism and creativity, playing the role of an effective bridge between the government and the business community; proactively propose solutions to promote socio -economic growth and send recommendations and feedback to the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion for synthesis and handling.
