Promoting the core and leading role in the city's women's movement, the Hanoi Women's Union has actively innovated the content and methods of the Union's activities, closely following the political tasks of the City and the direction of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, launching and directing the implementation of many practical movements and campaigns associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

Many of these typical advanced examples have participated in scientific research, building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, businesswomen, armed forces, health care, education, and typical female officials of the Association.
