Project TOA: "Shining Essence - Multi-sensory Art Destination", officially launched to welcome visitors and residents at 23/9 Park from June 18, 2025. This is an art project applying modern projection technology in Vietnam, combining sound, light and multi-sensory perception.

Creative Arts Trading and Service Company Limited implements the project in coordination with the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Department of Culture and Sports , Department of Construction, Department of Tourism, and relevant agencies and organizations.

TOA is not simply an art exhibition, but also a breakthrough effort in promoting Ho Chi Minh City's literary and artistic works to the general public to honor the unique spiritual and creative values of the City's literature and art after 50 years of construction and development.

From June 18, visitors will experience two main themes: The exhibition space introducing Ho Chi Minh City's artworks, aiming at the theme of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 (1945 - 2025) completely free for the public in the morning; and the journey to immerse yourself in the golden world of the famous painter Gustav Klimt and the Art Nouveau spirit with tickets for sale in the afternoon and evening.

In particular, the performance themes at TOA will be flexibly changed over time, ensuring novelty for tourists and locals who come to visit.

At TOA, the artworks will be told visually and vividly with the support of “video art immersive” technology, a form of art performance that uses video combined with modern projection technology to create an immersive visual and auditory environment, helping viewers feel like they are “stepping inside” the artwork. Along with 360-degree projection technology, interactive sound and light, and AR/VR technology, TOA promises to bring many authentic multi-sensory experiences to visitors.

Not only an art event, TOA also contributes to the diversity of tourism products in Ho Chi Minh City, is a bridge between heritage and modernity, contributes to spreading world art to Vietnam, and at the same time honors Vietnamese culture. For the first time, multimedia performance technology will be applied to introduce typical works in many fields: Literature, Music, Theater, Cinema, Fine Arts, Photography, Architecture, Dance and Literature and Arts of Ethnic Minorities.

With the same pioneering spirit, the representative of the investor, Creative Art Trading and Service Company Limited, expressed: “We do not simply bring a display space, but an emotional and experiential journey, where the public can touch art with all their senses. With TOA, we hope to contribute to spreading creative inspiration and arousing the love of art in the Vietnamese community and international tourists.”

In addition to the main activities, the program also organizes many interactive activities and rich cultural experiences: an experience area for children (painting, sculpture painting, art contest), summer activities, folk games, creating a lively, friendly and educational art space.

The project is expected to become an unmissable multi-sensory art destination for domestic audiences and international tourists, thereby spreading the quintessence of Vietnamese culture on the journey of integration with the world./.
