Accordingly, the time for acceptance, handover and operation of the project is until the end of the fourth quarter of 2025.
The Provincial People's Committee requested Dat Phuong Hoi An Joint Stock Company to implement
Carry out the next procedures of the project to ensure compliance with the laws on construction, housing, real estate business and other related laws.
At the same time, work with Hoi An City People's Committee, relevant departments, branches and units to review and evaluate the implementation of compensation and site clearance for the remaining area; the allocated land area, compare the detailed planning (1/500) of the project, the possibility of continuing compensation and site clearance, etc. to propose adjustments to relevant legal documents (if any); ensure conditions for implementing procedures on land, investment and construction in accordance with current regulations of law.
Handover of houses and construction works to customers is only allowed when the construction of houses, construction works and technical infrastructure works, social infrastructure works have been completed according to the progress recorded in the approved project, ensuring connection with the common infrastructure system of the area; in case of handover of houses and construction works in raw form, the entire exterior of the house and construction works must be completed.
Not authorized to authorize parties participating in investment cooperation, joint venture, association, business cooperation or capital contribution to sign contracts for purchase, sale, transfer or lease-purchase of real estate.
The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the People's Committee of Hoi An City to urgently direct relevant units and localities to coordinate with the investor to resolve problems in compensation and site clearance, urge the investor to speed up the construction progress to ensure compliance with the approved planning and the progress time adjusted by the Provincial People's Committee, effectively promote the project's objectives; by the end of the third quarter of 2024 at the latest, report to the Provincial People's Committee and relevant agencies on the results of the project's compensation and site clearance.
It is known that this project had previously adjusted its investment policy twice in May 2019 and December 2021.
