The People's Committee of Bao Loc City, Lam Dong Province, has assigned the Bao Loc City Police to investigate the illegal use of ethnic minority language certificates by 13 teachers and civil servants.

This issue occurred in the 2023 education civil servant recruitment exam in Bao Loc City. The use of ethnic minority language certificates was to be exempted from the English test in the 2023 education civil servant recruitment exam in Bao Loc City.
According to information from the Department of Education and Training of Lam Dong province, after checking information and comparing related records, it was determined that the 13 cases mentioned above did not have any stored information about the issuance of ethnic language certificates.
To serve the investigation, the leaders of Bao Loc City assigned the City Education Recruitment Council in 2023 to transfer all related documents to the city police for investigation and handling.
In addition to the investigation, the People's Committee of Bao Loc City also requested the Principals of 5 schools in the area to immediately terminate the labor contracts of 13 teachers and civil servants using these illegal ethnic minority language certificates.
According to the investigation, these 13 people are working at 5 schools in Bao Loc City, including 1 accountant, 1 medical staff and 11 teachers. Of which, Loc Son 1 Primary School has 9 cases (8 teachers, 1 medical staff), the rest are Phan Chu Trinh Secondary School, Nguyen Khuyen Primary School, Ly Tu Trong Primary School, Loc Thanh Primary School with 1 case/school.
