Delegates offered incense in memory of President Ho Chi Minh .

Accompanying the delegation was comrade Pham Thi Minh Xuan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

The name, career, ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh will live forever in the hearts of every Vietnamese person.
