Delegates attending the Congress of Ethnic Minorities of Ninh Binh Province offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.

On the afternoon of October 17, the delegation attending the 4th Congress of Ethnic Minorities of Ninh Binh Province in 2024 held an incense offering ceremony to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the historical site of President Ho Chi Minh Stele House (Sao Thuong village, Lang Phong commune, Nho Quan district).

Attending the incense offering ceremony were comrades: Tong Quang Thin, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Congress Organizing Committee; Dinh Van Tien, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Ninh Binh City Party Committee.

Also attending were comrades in the Congress Organizing Committee, leaders of departments, branches, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, socio-political organizations of the province; leaders of Nho Quan district and 145 official delegates of the Congress.

The delegation respectfully offered incense in memory and expressed their infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - who devoted his whole life to the cause of independence and freedom of the Fatherland and for the happiness of the people.

Before his spirit, the delegation vows to be loyal to the goals and ideals of the Communist Party of Vietnam; vows to forever follow the path chosen by the Party, Uncle Ho and the People; continues to promote studying and following Uncle Ho's ideology, morality and style; upholds political determination, unites to overcome difficulties and challenges, excellently completes assigned tasks, and successfully realizes the goal of "Rich people, strong country, democracy, fairness and civilization".

President Ho Chi Minh's stele house in Sao Thuong village, Lang Phong commune (Nho Quan) - a place to remember the event on February 10, 1947, when cadres and people of Lang Phong commune were honored to welcome Uncle Ho to attend and chair the landlord conference. The project started on November 7, 2011 and was inaugurated on May 19, 2012 - right on the occasion of the 122nd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday.
