In 2018, Phuoc Huu commune achieved the NTM standard. Implementing the National Target Program on building NTM according to the set of NTM commune criteria for the period 2021-2025, through review and evaluation, up to now, Phuoc Huu commune has achieved 13/19 criteria and 45/57 contents of NTM commune, of which 6 criteria have not been achieved: Schools, cultural facilities, multidimensional poverty, production organization and rural economic development, health, environment and food safety. For the criteria of advanced NTM commune, the commune has achieved 13/19 criteria and 66/75 contents, of which 6 criteria have not been achieved: Education, income, poor households, labor, production organization and rural economic development. The total capital mobilized for the program from 2022 to August 2024 is over 3.6 billion VND to invest in rural infrastructure works in the area...
The monitoring delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province worked with Phuoc Huu commune.
After listening to the opinions of the members of the Delegation and the locality, the representative of the Supervisory Delegation suggested that Phuoc Huu commune continue to review and re-evaluate the criteria to develop plans and solutions to maintain and improve the quality of the NTM and advanced NTM criteria; proactively update the guiding documents related to the criteria and contents in the NTM Criteria Set to specifically assign members in charge of each criterion; mobilize and integrate capital sources to build rural infrastructure works, poverty reduction models, and diversify livelihoods for people; focus on building forms of production organization and rural economic development. At the same time, promote the role of the Front and local organizations to propagate and raise people's awareness in building NTM.
