Immediately after starting operations, the company invested in machinery, using 100% electric boilers, reducing heat and noise generation. At the same time, applying optimal cutting and sewing processes, reducing fabric loss and waste. Implementing green transformation, the enterprise is gradually greening the production process such as using cotton fabric as raw material from Nam Dinh Textile and Garment Corporation. According to the Thanh Hoa Textile and Garment Association, there are currently more than 300 textile and garment enterprises operating in the area. Aiming for green transformation in the textile and garment industry, many enterprises have invested, improved technology, built smart factories and green transformation to adapt to brand requirements for long-term business, in accordance with international standards and future development. Thereby, contributing to environmental protection, while gradually meeting customer needs. Thanks to that, in the first 6 months of 2025, the export output of enterprises reached over 270 million products, bringing a value of over 615 USD, an increase of 16% over the same period.
Green transformation is an inevitable trend for Thanh Hoa garment enterprises to realize the goal of sustainable development and reach out to the region. Hopefully, the green transformation trend will be responded to and actively participated by the business community. Only then will our country's Net Zero goal by 2050 become a reality.
