However, as the host of Group D of the 2025 Asian qualifiers, the Myanmar futsal team has prepared carefully under the guidance of Thai coach Bunlert Charoenwong, one of the famous futsal coaches in Southeast Asia. Mr. Bunlert Charoenwong himself once led the Myanmar men's futsal team to a 1-1 draw with Vietnam.

What did the coach of the Vietnamese women's futsal team say?

Before the important match with host Myanmar, head coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang shared: "Myanmar is much stronger than before, because they have invested heavily and made many changes in the squad. However, we will play with focus to win. The goal of the Vietnamese futsal team is to win the first match to create momentum for the next matches."

In addition to Myanmar, the Vietnamese futsal team will meet Macau at 2:30 p.m. on January 17 and Taiwan at 2:30 p.m. on January 19.
