At the tournament, the Vietnam golf team has 12 members, including: 8 athletes who are golfers holding the highest positions on the VGA Tour 2025 rankings of Vietnam golf and 4 golfers selected by the coaching staff. The home team has a number of golfers who are actively preparing professionally to find a place at the 33rd SEA Games. The team is led by coach Ngo Dinh Diem.
The Vietnam - Singapore Alliance Cup is an annual international competition sponsored by the Vietnam Golf Association (VGA) and the Singapore Professional Golfers Association (SPGA).
This year, golfers from both teams will compete in match play format with a total of 24 matches including 6 foursomes matches, 6 four-balls matches and 12 singles matches.
Professional coaches Bach Cuong Khang and Nguyen Thai Duong were also present at the tournament to grasp the achievements of each Vietnamese golfer. The tournament program took place from July 30 to August 1.
Before that, members of the Vietnam Golf Team and the Singapore Golf Team were present at the competition field to get acquainted and prepare thoroughly before the official competition.
