The conference implemented Decision No. 138/QD-MTTQ-BTT dated July 1, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Thap province on recognizing positions in the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Luong Hoa Lac commune; implemented Decision No. 02/QD-CCB dated July 16, 2025 of the Executive Committee of the Association of War Veterans of Dong Thap province on the establishment of the Association of War Veterans of Luong Hoa Lac commune.
The conference also approved and awarded decisions to 19 Branch Chairmen of the War Veterans Association in the commune. At the same time, the key contents, work programs and directions for the Association's activities in the last 6 months of 2025 were discussed; the draft Working Regulations of the War Veterans Association of Luong Hoa Lac commune for the 2021-2026 term were approved. Comrade Nguyen Van Lua was appointed as Chairman of the War Veterans Association of the commune.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Thi Thuy Van, Party Committee member, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, requested comrades to continue to promote their capacity and intelligence, creating a great solidarity bloc to fulfill the set targets. In addition, actively promote the tradition of Uncle Ho's soldiers, promote participation in activities in the patriotic emulation movement, "Exemplary war veterans"; together with the Party Committee and the government, effectively operate the 2-level local government model, participate in building and protecting the Party and government, actively contribute to the socio -economic development of the locality in the new period.
