Accordingly, the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union appointed the provisional Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Lam Dong province consisting of 46 comrades; the Standing Committee consisting of 13 comrades; the Inspection Committee consisting of 10 comrades and the positions of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the provisional Inspection Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Lam Dong province.
Comrade Truong Minh Quang - Secretary of Binh Thuan Provincial Youth Union (former) was appointed by the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union to hold the position of interim Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Lam Dong province; at the same time, 4 Deputy Secretaries were appointed: Tran Viet Anh, Tran Diep My Dung, H'Hong and Doan Minh Tam.
The decision takes effect from July 1, 2025.
Previously, Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee decided to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Dam Rong 2 commune. In which, comrade Ndu Ha Bien - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Youth Union (former) was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of Dam Rong 2 commune.
Comrade Truong Minh Quang was born in 1987, from Phan Thiet ward, Lam Dong province. Political theory: Advanced.
From June 2021 to August 2022: Comrade Truong Minh Quang served as Deputy Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Youth Union, term XII, 2017 - 2022; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Party Cell, term 2020 - 2025; Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union Inspection Committee, term XII (from October 25, 2021).
At the 13th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Binh Thuan province, term 2022 - 2027, comrade Truong Minh Quang was elected as Secretary of the 13th Binh Thuan Provincial Youth Union.
