The Hanoi Department of Transport has just approved the temporary operation of a 2km section of the Le Quang Dao extended road project to reduce traffic congestion. The Department of Transport has proposed a plan to temporarily use this section of the road to the Hanoi People's Committee. It is expected that this road will be temporarily opened to traffic on January 21. |
