Vice President Nguyen Thi Thanh Lich expressed that we welcome a new Gia Lai, full of vitality and unique cultural identity. Gia Lai, with its majestic Bazan plateau, vast forests and the mysterious gong echoes of the ethnic groups, carries within itself a hidden power, a wild but charming beauty.
The cultural exchange between the plains and the mountains, between traditional martial arts and the liberal spirit of the Central Highlands, promises to create new highlights and emotional experiences for the tournament.
The geographical location of the gateway to the Central Highlands, connecting key economic regions, also opens up many opportunities for the development and integration of Gia Lai.
Ms. Lich also affirmed that the merger of the two lands of "old Binh Dinh" and "new Gia Lai" is an important historical milestone, not only in terms of administration but also in terms of the connection and blending of two cultural regions and two heritage regions.
This 34th tournament is a living testament to the spirit of solidarity and development, where traditional values are inherited, promoted and spread.
We will witness the exchange, learning, and mutual respect between martial artists from all over the country, in a larger and more meaningful cultural and sporting space.
The Vice Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee believes that with the careful preparation of the Organizing Committee, the enthusiasm of the athletes, and the enthusiastic support of the audience, this National Traditional Martial Arts Championship will be a great success.
Along with that, it brings beautiful and dramatic matches, contributing to widely promoting the image of Vietnamese traditional martial arts to domestic and international friends.
