Exchange of Central construction entrepreneurs on Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day October 13

DNO - On the evening of October 10, in Da Nang , the Central Construction Contractors Association organized a night of exchange between Central construction entrepreneurs to celebrate Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day, October 13. Attending the event was Chairman of the City People's Council Ngo Xuan Thang.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the City People's Council Ngo Xuan Thang said that these days, many organizations and businesses have proudly and joyfully organized many activities to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13, 2004 - October 13, 2024).

This is a meaningful activity showing the honor and recognition of society, government and people for the dedication and contributions of generations of entrepreneurs in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

Through this activity, there will be connection, support, and mutual assistance between businesses in the construction sector in the Central region as well as the whole country.

Chairman of the City People's Council Ngo Xuan Thang shared the difficulties and challenges that businesses have to face; at the same time, he said that with their efforts, businesses have tried to operate, maintain and develop stably.

The Chairman of the City People's Council informed that in the third quarter of 2024, the city's GRDP grew positively with an increase of 8.59%. In the first 9 months of 2024, the city's GRDP grew by 6.47% over the same period in 2023. The economic scale in the first 9 months expanded by more than 11,700 billion VND compared to the same period in 2023.

“These are encouraging signs for the city’s development in recent times. With its development orientation in the coming time, Da Nang will be a place for international and domestic enterprises to invest and develop in the city,” emphasized Chairman of the City People’s Council Ngo Xuan Thang.

At the meeting, the organizing committee awarded certificates of admission to new members and decided to establish the Hoa Vang Construction Contractors Association.

At the same time, certificates of merit from the Central Construction Contractors Association were awarded to members who have made positive contributions to the association's activities in 2024.
