Built in 2007 with a total investment of nearly 50 billion VND, however, for more than ten years, the project of the Trade Center and Supermarket of Cho Cuoi in Gia Loc town, Gia Loc district ( Hai Duong ) has not been put into operation once.

According to Mr. Long, since being assigned to manage the Cuoi Market Trade Center and Supermarket, the town People's Committee has repeatedly polled the traders' opinions, but the majority did not agree to enter the center to do business. "Recently, the town also asked for the opinion of the Gia Loc District Party Committee Standing Committee, the view is that if the traders do not enter, a written request will be made to businesses and individuals who need to rent the project premises. At the same time, the district People's Committee will advise the provincial People's Committee to allow the adjustment of the market planning to suit the reality or have other options to avoid wasting public assets," Mr. Long added.
