Speaking at the workshop, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Tran Dinh Gia said: In recent times, foreign direct investment (FDI) has been a very important capital supplement channel for Ha Tinh's economy. However, attracting investment has not yet met the demand and efficiency in the long term. Therefore, building a systematic territorial marketing process to increase investment attraction is an urgent task.

Participating in the discussion, delegates said that the topic has demonstrated its comprehensiveness, timeliness, and suitability to the development requirements of Ha Tinh. Some opinions said that it is necessary to consider a number of enterprises with foreign elements but not yet included in the FDI enterprises; it is necessary to clarify Ha Tinh's specific policies; it is necessary to propose solutions from investment access agencies. Delegates suggested that policies related to specific mechanisms should be supplemented; additional information on budgets related to investment attraction should be provided; marketing issues and business cooperation contracts should be clarified.
