(CLO) The People's Committee of Ha Nam province has just announced a list of projects calling for investment in construction in Kim Bang district with a total investment capital of more than 1,500 billion VND.
Accordingly, the projects calling for investment include: Investment project to build rural residential areas combined with renovating existing residential areas in Dai Cuong commune and Nhat Tan commune, Kim Bang district (KB-DT41.22) with a total land use area of 11.02 hectares, total investment capital of VND 279,636 billion, and an expected population of about 1,101 people.
The Rural Residential Area Construction Investment Project, combined with the renovation of the existing residential area in Dong Hoa commune, Kim Bang district (KB-DT.42.22) is implemented on a land area of 12.4 hectares, with a total investment of VND 458,404 billion and a population of about 1,505 people.

The Rural Residential Area Construction Investment Project in Nhat Tan Commune, Kim Bang District (KB-DT.17-2.22) has a total area of 9.53 hectares and a total investment of VND 244.87 billion.
The Rural Residential Area Construction Investment Project in Nhat Tuu Commune, Kim Bang District (KB-DT.17-1.22) was implemented on a 9.86 ha land area, with a total investment of VND 358,916 billion.
The Nong Vu Rural Residential Area Construction Investment Project in Dai Cuong and Nhat Tan communes, Kim Bang district (KB-DT.43.22) has a scale of 11.65 hectares, with a total investment of VND 292,865 billion.
Project implementation progress from 2024 - 2029. Investment goal is to contribute to gradually completing the urban infrastructure of Kim Bang district according to the criteria of type IV urban area.
