The People's Committees of communes and wards urgently establish the Steering Committee 389 at the commune level according to a unified model, linked to the responsibility of the head, to be completed in the third quarter of 2025. The Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune and ward level acts as the head of the steering committee at the local level.
The Department of Industry and Trade presides over and coordinates with the Department of Home Affairs to develop a project to rearrange and reorganize market management teams, ensuring streamlining, effectiveness, efficiency, and suitability to reality.
Along with that, promote information, propaganda, and dissemination of laws to raise awareness and compliance of people and businesses, not to participate in or assist in violations; publicize and make transparent the results of handling typical cases for general deterrence and prevention.
The Department of Industry and Trade shall preside over and synthesize difficulties and problems regarding mechanisms, policies, and coordination regulations between departments, branches, and inter-provincial agencies to advise and propose to competent authorities for resolution; coordinate with the Department of Finance and related units to report to the City People's Committee on the plan to build temporary warehouses to store and preserve exhibits and evidence of violations in the third quarter of 2025; preside over and coordinate with related departments and branches to review and propose plans to upgrade inspection and appraisal centers in the area.
